How To Apply

If you would like to enrol at Flying Kiwi, please provide us with the following:

• Download and complete the Enrolment Form and submit via email:

• Enrolment Fee of $50 (where applicable).

• Copy of the child's passport or child's birth certificate.

• Copy of the child's vaccination records.
